1. The object
a) People who has paid deposit but didn’t get the application form for entering market
b) People who lost the application form or deposit receipt
2. The documents you should bring when handle the procedure
a) If people who has paid deposit but didn’t get the application form, please supply deposit receipt and previous application form.
b) If people who handles the procedure by himself, please provide ID card and the copy, if people who has commissioned other to handle, please provide the ID card and the copy of the applicant, the ID card and the copy of consignee, and Letter of authorization by the applicant
3. Special version
When draw lots to make sure shop place, if people who doesn’t provide application form and deposit receipt, he can’t enter market.
