People who have signed the contract with Chengdu International Trade City for shops of Commodity Market District A and B
2. Information needed
1) “the contract for compensated use of Chengdu International Trade City shops” and “the complementary contract for compensated use of Chengdu International Trade City shops”
2) “the receipt of shops rent” and “receipt of performance bond”
3) The relevant certificates and protocols (there are four types according to arriving situation of assigner and assignee)
A. The assigner and assignee are all present
a) The ID card it’s copy of assigner and assignee
b) “agreement of transfer of shops” signed between assigner and assignee
B. Assigner is present, but assignee is not
a) The ID card and it’s copy of assignee and ID card’s copy of assigner
b) “agreement of transfer of shops” signed between assigner and assignee
C. Assignee is present, but assigner is not
a) The ID card and it’s copy of assigner and ID card’s copy of assignee
b) “agreement of transfer of shops” signed between assigner and assignee
D. The assigner and assignee are all not present but entrust other to handle
a) The ID card’s copy of assigner and assignee, the ID card and it’s copy of consignor
b) a power of attorney notarized by public notarial office
